Business Growth Health Check
We work with a number of owner managers who have built great businesses. An outside perspective is always useful in critiquing processing and helping analyse why things may or may not have worked in the past. Let us come in and have a look at your business development processes. We'll return to you a BD health check with suggestions of what you could try to achieve your desired results.
Email marketing & Social media
Want to get in front of a prospect list, or stay in touch with people that may need you in the future? Email marketing is a great way to do just that. Tailored email touches spread out over a number of weeks that demonstrate what you do and how you can help can be very effective. Social media isn't going anywhere and can be a great way to raise your profile amongst your target audience
Sales & Telesales
We have a team of people who LOVE speaking to people, it's one area that sometimes gets overlooked, but the hunger to hunt down every lead is engrained in our passionate sales team. From following up warm leads and appointment setting, to cold (well it's never really totally cold as we do some warm up activity!) calling our team are ready to start filling your pipeline.
General support
The joy of the MBD team is our flexibility. You want an experienced sales and marketing team but only need someone a day a week, that's going to be a tough role to fill. However that's the kind of job we love. From discreet one off projects to working with our clients for many years we offer you the flexibility you need whilst giving you all the benefits you'd get from an 'in-house' team.
